It’s super simple: think of what you want to achieve, then click the button below and begin filling out the survey about your fitness and health goals and also your food and diet preferences. After filling out the questions, sit back, relax and wait for Greta – the certified nutritionist to get back to you (2-5 days). Over the phone call you will discuss your survey answers, talk about your preferences, what meals fit your needs the best, get to know the plan and further actions, and get started! Feel free to ask all the questions that interest you. After you have agreed on the perfect meal plan for your needs, you will then discuss the payment with Greta. Super easy!

And don’t worry, the information you put in the answers is only needed for Greta to understand what meal plan suits you best, it will not be shared anywhere.

  • Every recipe includes a picture, ingredients needed, cooking method and calculated amounts to help you reach your goal
  • Every day you get to choose and combine the recipes the way you like to
  • You can eat the same meal for lunch and dinner

  • You get 1 cheat day per week where you can eat foods that aren’t on the meal plan

You’ll pay for the meal plan after your personalized phone consultation with Greta, the nutritionist . The reason for this is that our meal plans are tailored to your specific needs and preferences. These factors can influence the overall price of the meal plan. By paying after the consultation, you’ll have a clear understanding of the program details and associated costs before making a payment.
